These terms cover the free scan. Paid checkout is not open yet. Have a lawyer review them before we charge anyone.
Who can scan
Scan only apps you own or are authorized to test. A free URL scan fetches public pages the way a browser does. You grant ReadyToLaunch a limited license to fetch and analyze that public material for the report.
What a score is
ReadyToLaunch is an aid. It is not a penetration test, an audit, or insurance. A high score does not mean the app is safe. A low score does not list every bug. Row Level Security is not tested until the two-account Live Test, which is not part of this release.
Abuse
We may refuse scans that overload a site, ignore an opt-out, or target something you do not control. If a report link should come down, email security@readytolaunch.cc with the URL.
Paid products
Fix Pack ($19), Live Test ($29), Launch Kit ($49), and Monitoring ($9 or $19 per month) are listed so the price is public. Checkout is not wired up. When it is, a merchant of record will handle tax and invoices. Fees will be stated at checkout.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ReadyToLaunch is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or a breach that a scan did not catch. The governing law and entity are not locked yet. Until they are, write to hello@readytolaunch.cc.
